I enjoy cooking. I really do. But what I enjoy the most is when I can find truly simple recipes that don’t require hours in the kitchen, yet still taste as if it did. On the other hand, I can’t stand it when a recipe claims to be “simple” or “quick & easy,” when in fact the list of ingredients is as long as my arm, you have to chop like 11 different veggies, and it calls for chicken that is already cooked and diced.
